Project Overview
Under NDA
Challenge
The main challenge is to design an open API-based platform that can provide emotional compatibility assistance for teams and individuals.
Goal
Our goal is to integrate UX designs' user-centered principals into product design to create a product with feasible features and unique capabilities to measure "emotional temperature" within a group/team.
Potential Target Audience
• Small agile teams
• Education institutions with remote learning
• Sociology and psychology based therapy providers
• Remote teams based organizations

Planning
Vision
At the initial meeting, I was introduced to the product vision by the product managers and CTO. Implementing design thinking into our process we decided to create a visual representation of each milestone in our product design. The first sketch of the product vision was created during this meeting brainstorming and later was converted to an infographic.
Product Modeling
During discussing all business goals, science aspects, and technical capabilities with stakeholders and developers, the first product operation model was created to lay the ground for the definition of the design process and project road map.
Product Design Model
Based on the first product operation model as a next step, I created the Product Design Model for our team to follow.
Integration of Product and UX Design
Since our goal included organic integration of Product Design and UX Design I created our visual model of the Holistic Integration of these two disciplines to follow in our Product Development.
Defining the Product
After numerous discussions and iterations based on our product model, Major Product Capabilities were outlined.
In this phase, we applied design thinking methods to identify the following:
• Feasibility and acceptance of an underlined idea.
• The needs that our product meets for potential users.
• The goals, which potential users rely on our product to meet.
• Usability and feasibility of the features available for the product.
This phase is critical to a successful UX strategy integrated with product design, as it provides the baseline data that will drive all product design decisions.

Major Product Capabilities
Technology Blueprint
In the next few steps, with a team of developers and engineers, we outlined Value Proposition and Solution Components, defined MVPs, and selected viable Features (Under NDA) aligning all previous work into the Technology Blueprint.
UX Design
With Technology Blueprint defined, we were ready to proceed to the UX part of the project and create Workflow, Customer Journeys and User Stories.

Wireframes and Style Guide
Moving on with the projects' UX part, I decided to create a Presentation and Product Modeling Style Guide in order to produce mixed fidelity partial wireframes for the project presentation. The decision was made to show major product features in a more comprehensible fashion and easier to visualize our product modules, options, and operations.

Based on the Style Guide preliminary wireframes of the main screens were sketched and then converted to mixed fidelity wireframes.

Presentation
Working in concert with stakeholders, science and tech teams, product description, applicability, value, and financial aspects were outlined in the next steps. Also, three presentation card decks for customers, investors, and developers were created.
